Third Citizen Summit 2017

Citizen Summits are to provide a combination of dissemination and data gathering

Introduction Top

Each Citizens Summit is to deal with a number of specific topics that are based upon particular disaster risks that are prevalent in the respective locations and will place at the centre of attention specific aspects that affect culturally informed disaster risk perceptions. The main purpose of each event is to collect enough quantitative and qualitative data in order for CARISMAND team to undertake a comprehensive analysis of the citizens’ reactions and opinions on the topics discussed.

Second project year cycle will consist of two events. The Third Citizen Summit will be held on 17 June 2017 in Rome, Italy.

Venue Top

The Third Citizen Summit within Project CARISMAND will be held in Hotel NH Roma Leonardo da Vinci which is located in a quiet residential area of Rome, near the Vatican City, the magnificent Sant'Angelo Bridge, Sant'Angelo Castle, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon. The hotel is easily accessible with public transport.
