LIBRe Foundation (LIBRe) is a Bulgarian non-governmental non-for-profit organization founded in 2015 with the ideal goal to contribute to legal and policy engagement in Internet Governance and penetration of new technologies, information management and development of interactive applied solutions, publishing and training. Amongst the main priorities of the organization are the implementation of applied studies, researches, programs and projects in the field of new technologies and technological development, legal and policy engagement, information management and data protection, and specialised training and promotional activities, alongside the organization of conferences, seminars and other public events at national and international level promoting best practices, policy related issues and controversial debates. Despite the organization’s youth, over the past decade, its experts managed and successfully implemented more than 60 projects and ICT related initiatives: legal, organizational and project management consulting; IT and information security consulting; analysis, modelling, optimization and management of business processes; overall management of public events and trainings; and publishing.
